Here’s a tasty holiday cocktail recipe for our AZ Food & Wine community, that’s a little sweet, a little spicy and a lot of beautiful. It’s Beckett’s Table new Farm to Glass cocktail, The Bruised Apple.

Chef Beckett’s seasonal creation is a cozy combination of all the right flavors, and it’s only on the menu until Jan. 31.

Entertaining this winter? Make it at home! The Bruised Apple is also the perfect cocktail for any holiday party! The seasonal tastes of apple cider and all spice with zesty flourishes of bourbon, bitters and fresh ginger are sure to be a hit.

1 ½ oz. Benchmark Bourbon

¾ oz. Aperol

3 oz. Apple Cider

¼ oz. Housemade Allspice Dram

AZ Bitters Lab’s Figgy Pudding Bitters

Fresh grated ginger
Fill mixing glass with ice, bourbon, Aperol, dram, cider, bitters and fresh ginger.

Shake and pour into large rocks glass.

Finish with a splash of ginger ale.

Garnish with apple chip.​
