Last night we attended Scottsdale Culinary Festivals, Eat Drink and Be Pretty. A great event at the Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts. This event brings together fantastic fashions paired with some great food from 25 of the valleys top restaurants. Our favorite dish at the event might have been the pork-belly and plantain creation from The Upton in downtown Scottsdale. This dish was bursting with flavors and how could you go wrong with bacon (though I don’t think these guys go wrong with anything!)

The event featured food tasting tents outside in the beautiful Arizona spring weather with the majority of the event taking place inside the center with wine tasting and food tables positioned perfectly around the fashion runway.

This is a must attend event to add to your annual calendars in order to make sure you’re not missing it if you did! AND, you still have another day (Sunday) to get out to the Scottsdale Culinary Festival for a great time!! We’ll be there tomorrow!
