    For an elegant Easter brunch, look no further than Ocean Prime. In honor of the holiday, Ocean Prime features its exclusive Easter brunch menu available Easter Sunday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

     

    Diners can start their celebration with a delicious cocktail such as a Citrus Rhubarb Mimosa with Giffard Rhubarbe, fresh orange juice and Dry Curacao ($14); Tequila Sour made with Don Julio Reposado tequila, Velvet Falernum, grapefruit and lime juices and orange bitters ($16) or a Bloody Mary with house-made pepper-infused vodka, shrimp cocktail and cornichons ($21).

     

    The Warm Cinnamon Bread with cream cheese frosting ($12) is the perfect start for the table to share while guests decide among the tempting entrees such as:

     

    Lobster Toast with avocado pea puree, pea shoots and sunny side egg, $32

    Crabcake Eggs Benedict with toasted English muffin, Maryland crab, poached eggs and hollandaise, $33

    Brioche French Toast with cinnamon sugar whipped mascarpone, sausage and maple syrup, $24

    Short Rib Surf and Turf with lobster, gouda potato cake, poached egg and hollandaise, $32

    Prime Steak and Egg featuring a 6-ounce New York strip, poached egg, crispy potatoes and citrus truffle vinaigrette, $38
