For a sweet way to cap off a delicious meal at Ocean Prime, the restaurant introduces two new dessert cocktails to their after-dinner menu, the Salty Caramel and the Sidecar.
The Salty Caramel ($13) combines rich, creamy and decadent flavors of vanilla, smoked sea salt and caramel featuring Ketel One Vodka, Giffard Vanille De Madagascar, Bailey’s Irish Cream Salted Caramel Liqueur, caramel and half and half.
The Sidecar ($14) offers a sweet and tart taste sensation with Hennessy VS Cognac, Cointreau, simple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon and orange juices.
