Pubblico Italian Eatery, a trendy, welcoming restaurant located at 7th Street and Bethany Home, strikes the perfect balance between upscale and approachable. With brunch, lunch, and dinner options, as well as a phenomenal happy hour offered every day of the week, Pubblico is a must-visit the next time you’re craving Italian cuisine. Oh, and did we mention that they won OpenTable’s 2018 Diner’s Choice Award? Considering the broad array of Italian places in the Valley (and we’re talking dozens upon dozens)…that’s a big deal.

The restaurant itself maintains a classy but comfortable feel, with concrete flooring, wooden tables, and modern chandeliers. Wide retractable doors open to the cozy outdoor patio strung with market lights, and a sleek bar connects the hallway leading to Pubblico with the restaurant itself.

During our visit, we ordered the Focaccia as a starter ($8) and their beautiful Chicken Parmesan ($18) as our entrée. The Focaccia was a delicious way to start the meal, with light, crispy slices of bread, topped with olive oil, parmesan, and rosemary. The Chicken Parmesan boasted a hearty portion of crispy breaded chicken breasts, house made spaghetti, and plenty of fresh mozzarella and basil.

Pubblico offers many other traditional favorites like Rigatoni, Lasagna, Shrimp Linguini, and a variety of salads, paninis, wood-fired pizzas and boards. Gluten-free options include Butternut Squash Gnocchi and Cauliflower Steak Polenta. And don’t forget dessert! Their beautiful, edible creations include Crème Brulee, Flourless Chocolate Torte, and Apple Rum & Fig Bread Pudding at $8 each.

Their generous happy menu offers deals like $4 off appetizers, pizzas, wines and wells, and half off all beers. Those are some amazing deals! So whether it’s brunch, lunch or drinks after work, Pubblico needs to be your destination the next time you’re craving a taste of Italy.

Pubblico is open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Brunch and dinner menus only are offered on the weekend; Saturday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
