Storybook Entertainment, the full-time entertainment company that has brought joy to more than 3,000 birthday parties and numerous public events, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary on Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. In recognition of this milestone, the company, founded by Sara Bernstein, is hosting an anniversary party at the Papago Ramada of McCormick Stillman Railroad Park located at 7301 E. Indian Bend Rd.   What started as a dream soon became a full-time thriving reality for Bernstein who is excited to personally invite the community, which has been so supportive of her business over the past decade, to join her in celebrating Storybook. This event is free and all ages are welcome.   “We couldn’t be more thrilled to mark this incredible milestone. But our success wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our clients, partners, contractors and performers,” said Bernstein. “All of these people and the community at large have played a vital role in shaping Storybook’s journey and we are immensely grateful for that. Thank you for being a part of our story — we look forward to celebrating a decade of storytelling, laughter and unforgettable memories.”   Bernstein’s vision came to life in 2013 when the mom of two young boys attended a child’s birthday party (many children’s birthday parties, quite frankly). This particular fete was alive with entertainment (tea, crown and sword decorating, dancing and face painting) plus the character “Princess Fluffernutter.”   This party inspired Bernstein to begin writing a new chapter in her life. With her experience in youth theatre and education combined with her passion for theater , Bernstein had the idea to bring all children’s birthday parties — and other events — to life through themed characters and a healthy dose of entertainment, fun, whimsy and magic. Characters over the years have included holiday elves, variations of classic folktale characters, popular versions of princesses and superheroes and other beloved characters.
