Mountain Shadows has combined 2 of my favorite things; al fresco physical activity and happy hour wine! Every Thursday evening the resort offers a complimentary, one hour, free-flow yoga class with stunning views of Camelback mountain.Your shavasana never looked or felt so good.

If you want to continue to unwind after class, head over to the hotel’s swanky bar, The Living Room, for $5 specials on select wine. That’s my idea of zen!

Yogis, you don’t need to be a hotel guest to attend!  All are welcome, but I suggest you arrive early as space usually fills up.

Due to our rising Arizona temperatures, class now begins at 630 pm.
