Joe’s Farm Grill announces the return of its popular Hot Dog Days extravaganza featuring eight over-the-top hot dog specials made with all-beef natural casing hot dogs and premium sausages from Schreiner’s Fine Sausages.
Each Hot Dog Days special is served with fries or guest’s choice of any of Joe’s Farm Grill’s regular menu side dishes. Get one for $14 or two of the same or mix and match for $21. Selections include:
Chicki-Chimi Dog — A tortilla-wrapped, deep fried Chimichanga with grilled hot dog, shredded chicken, refried beans and cheese; served with sour cream, pico de gallo and avocado.
Mac Daddy Dog — Mounds of homemade baked macaroni n’ cheese topped with sour cream, ranch dip and classic Cheetos Puffs.
Bursting Brat — Schreiner’s smoked bratwurst and stone-ground mustard piled with grilled onions and sauerkraut under melting American and Wisconsin Brick cheese.
Country-Fried Dog ‘n’ Gravy — A split, breaded deep-fried hot dog and potatoes smothered in Joe’s Farm Grill’s sausage cream gravy, topped with choice of sunny-side up egg or egg any style.
Dynamite Dog — Schreiner’s spicy pork hot link nestled in ghost pepper cream cheese and topped with hand-breaded fried chilito peppers and sweet-hot pepper jelly. A little explosive, but not too dangerous!
BBQ Bacon Blue O-Ring — A clone of JFG’s famous burger: A bacon-wrapped, BBQ sauce-dipped fried hot dog threads three onion rings and sits in tangy blue cheese.
Coney Chili-Cheese — Grilled hot dog, lots of homemade Michigan Coney chili sauce, diced white onions and yellow mustard, topped with a mound of with finely shredded Tillamook cheddar.
Sonoran — A jalapeño-stuffed bacon-wrapped fried hot dog with homemade Farm (pinto) beans, queso de cotija, and pico de gallo. Topped with yellow mustard and sour cream-mayo drizzle.
