- 1st Course: Sicilian Lamb Meatballs with golden raisins, pinenuts and mint paired with Ruffino Orvieto Italian White Blend
- 2nd Course: Braised Beef Manicotti with marinara and béchamel sauce complemented by Caprili Rosso Di Montalcino
- 3rd Course: Lemon Semifreddo with fresh berries with Italian Lemonade
