    Sphinx Date Co. Palm & Pantry, located at 3039 N. Scottsdale Road, is pleased to announce a new partnership RhibaFarms, which harvests organically grown food in the San Tan Valley, to bring fresh FarmBoxes to Old Town Scottsdale. Beginning Wednesday, May 27, locals can order FarmBoxes from RhibaFarms to be picked up at Sphinx Palm & Pantry each week.   “We are so excited to partner with RhibaFarms and offer their beautiful, fresh produce to our customers,” says Rebecca Seitz, co-owner of Sphinx Date Co. “We have always strived to stock our shelves with a unique selection of locally crafted products and this partnership allows us take that mission to the next level with freshly harvested produce grown right here in the valley.”   Each FarmBox is cultivated with the highest standards and features seasonal produce grown with organic practices that is free of GMOs and pesticides. Each box, designed for four people, is just $36.23; no subscription is required. Orders must be placed by end of day Monday for pick-up at Sphinx Date Co. beginning Wednesday at noon through Saturday at 5:00 p.m.; Sphinx is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The unique and nutrient-dense produce in each box can be complemented by the artisan products, local pantry goods, Arizona wines and more available at Sphinx Date Co.   • Koibito Poke Reopens Dining Rooms with Enhanced Safety Measures May 11 - July 13, 2020

    Koibito Poke is pleased to announce that on Monday, May 11, all of its valley locations will reopen their dining rooms with heightened cleaning protocols and additional enhancements in place to ensure the safety and health of both guests and staff.   Diner can expect to see staff members wearing masks and gloves and staff will wear new gloves with every order. Other modifications include requesting patrons respect six feet distancing in line/while ordering; reconfigured seating and additional space between tables for proper six-feet spacing; and seating at every other booth only. All utensils will be wrapped for individual use, and additional sanitization includes tables, chairs and booth as well as other surfaces including ordering counter and door handles after each guest’s visit.   Koibito is thrilled to welcome back its clientele and is dedicated to offering in-restaurant diners a safe and healthy experience.     LDV Winery, nestled among the Chiricahua Mountain foothills in southeastern Arizona, invites local wine lovers to take in Arizona Wine Country — where social distancing was an art long before it was a requirement. With specific events designed for wine lovers to experience the area beyond the winery, there is something for everyone!   Cochise County, where LDV Winery is located, is just a three and a half hour drive from Phoenix and an hour and a half drive from Tucson. But at 5,000-foot elevation, the area offers a cool mountain getaway in a quiet town steeped in Western history and abundant in new world award-winning wines.       FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel, located at 1100 North Central Avenue, is excited to announce #Together4PHX, a visual storytelling project designed showcase the impact of COVID-19, which has forever changed the lives of people around the valley, the country and the world. The FOUND:RE hopes to unite people through their unique photographic experiences during the Coronavirus pandemic and is seeking submissions to be displayed on the hotel’s six-story exterior video wall.   “Our goal is to create a digital art photography experience for the community, created by the community — because we are all in this together,” says Tim Sprague, Managing Partner of FOUND:RE Phoenix, “We’re seeking photos that embrace a myriad of emotions such as bravery, compassion, selflessness, resilience, and spirit as well as images that showcase fun, entertainment, unique quarantine activities and more. This captivating, large-scale light installation will essentially become our gallery without walls that lights up the night and instills a sense of pride for how we as a community have overcome challenges of this new normal.”   Photography professionals and novices of all ages are invited to submit their high-resolution, vertical photographs.  The resolution must be at least 2MB.
