Macayo’s Mexican Food Hosts Five-Day Fiesta in Honor of Cinco de Mayo

It’s time to get the Cinco de Mayo party started! In honor of this holiday, Macayo’s is hosting a five-day “Cinco de Macayo” fiesta featuring entertainment, food and drink specials, giveaways and a whole lotta fun!
Sunday, May 1 serves as the kick-off to the Cinco de Macayo festivities at all locations with raffles and giveaways all day long, a pinata smash for kids at 2 p.m. and live mariachi bands. Mariachi band performance times vary per location; schedule is as follows:
Ahwatukee — 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
ASU Tempe — 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Glendale — 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Goodyear — 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Mesa, Dobson Road — 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Scottsdale — 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Surprise — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Superstition Springs — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
From Sunday, May 1 through Thursday, May 5, diners can also enjoy food and beverage specials in celebration of Cinco de Mayo including:
$3 Dos XX
$4 Fireball Shots
$6 Beer and a Shot — Dos XX and a shot of Fireball or Corazon Blanco
$8 Cinco Margarita with Corazon Blanco
$12 Chimi de Macayo (regularly priced at $14.99), choice of shredded beef or shredded chicken
