On Tuesday, Oct. 4, Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse at DC Ranch is mixing up Tiki Night with two special guest mixologists. From 5 to 9 p.m., Scottsdale’s famed mixologists Adam Downey and Clint “Spotty” Spotleson will be shaking things up behind the bar and serving up some delicious and creative tiki-inspired cocktails.
