On Friday, February 14, aka Valentine’s Day, couples are invited to enjoy an exclusive passion-igniting four-course menu designed to elicit romance! Menu includes:
AMUSE —
Antipasta Plate featuring artisan meats, farmstead cheese and accompaniments with Noble and Za’atar bread
TASTE, Choice of —
Diver Scallop with soft polenta, caramelized pineapple and toasted pistachios
Tomato Masa Soup with confit chicken, pico de gallo, jack cheese, avocado and tortilla strips
Hearts of Palm Salad with organic baby lettuces, red and golden tomatoes and sherry vinaigrette
ENTRÉE PLATES, Choice of —
Surf and Turf with petit filet, lobster-stuffed shrimp, butternut velouté, scallion-potato cake and asparagus
Line-Caught Swordfish with red curry risotto and fennel car acara salad
Vegetarian Paella with sofrito, cauliflower, tomatoes, saffron, kale, asparagus and bomba rice
DESSERT —
Duet of Passion Fruit Vacherin with fresh strawberries and chocolate praline torte
Cost is $60+ per person, and guests will also be treated to a champagne toast to celebrate this holiday of love.
