Calling all agave lovers! On Friday, September 17 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Match Market & Bar is hosting a four-course agave pairing dinner featuring a chef-crafted menu designed to complement various agaves.
Guests will be met with a welcome beverage of Corralejo Reposado upon arrival, then enjoy the following menu:
First Course — Original Caesar Salad with grilled romaine hearts, sourdough croutons, anchovies and Corralejo Reposado dressing paired with Tromba Blanco
Second Course — Birria (beef consommé) featuring eight-hour slow-cooked beef, chili pepper adobo, carrots, chickpea beans, onion, garlic and cilantro served with Dobel Diamante Reposado
Third Course — Beef Tenderloin and Oaxaca Tlayuda with toasted blue corn tortillas, pork rind butter, Oaxaca cheese, squash blossoms and fire roasted salsa paired with Creyente Espadin
Dessert — Three Leches Cajeta Roll, a soft toffee cake roll complemented by Veras Mezcal
