Is there anything better to bite into during the dog days of summer than a delicious hot dog at the Trapp? In honor of all things hot, hot, hot (and the return of football season — Go Cards!), Trapp Haus BBQ is adding drool-worthy Trapp Dawgs to the menu for a limited time beginning Monday, August 2.
Each of the following Trapp Dawgs is made with an all-beef brisket hot “dawg”:
The Lou — topped with potato salad and crispy fried onions
The Jersey — topped with crispy potato and cheddar cheese sauce
The Village — topped with BBQ baked beans and jalapeño honey slaw
Trapp Dawg selections are $7.99 each. Trapp Haus BBQ is open seven days a week; hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
