There are many great breakfast restaurants in the Valley to start your day. With three Scottsdale locations open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Eggstasy offers fresh and delicious breakfast and lunch items made from scratch with friendly service in a cool atmosphere.

“Eggstasy puts a twist on your ordinary breakfast,” said Pam Verros, general manager. “Everything is made to order and baked fresh in our store daily. We strive to provide our customers with outstanding service, quality food and great value.”

Eggstasy offers something for every taste, from traditional breakfast and lunch favorites to more unique dishes. The menu is extensive and diverse with a mix of sweet and savory options, as well as healthy, vegetarian and gluten-free offerings, including dark chocolate quinoa cakes with raspberries and coconut flakes.

“Our popular menu items include our fluffy omelets and delicious crepes. We had pumpkin cheesecake pancakes as a special in the fall and customers liked it so much that it’s permanently on our menu,” said Verros. “Another favorite is the Eggasm, a coddled egg with potato purée, crispy prosciutto, chives, parmesan and toasted ciabatta for dipping.”

Eggstasy’s breakfast items include skirt steak and eggs, house-made corned beef hash, and many varieties of French toast and waffles. In addition to traditional eggs benedict, Eggstasy offers several twists on the benedict, including pork belly, smoked salmon, crab cake and caprese with tomatoes, mozzarella and pesto. Gluten-free omelet selections include veggie, smoked ham and cheese, and apple and brie. Eggstasy’s crepes range from fruit and sweet options to bacon banana chili pepper and asparagus, smoked ham and gruyere cheese.

Sweet menu items include churro waffles with Nutella sauce, chocolate covered bacon and many types of pancakes, including Nutella red velvet, raspberry white chocolate and pecan pie with salted caramel.

If you are in the mood for lunch, there are several wraps and sandwiches on the menu including a Reuben, chicken and avocado club, tuna melt and a Southwest sloppy joe with Hatch chiles, cheddar cheese and avocado.

Other lunch options include fresh soup made in house daily, hearty burgers, paninis and salads. Beverages include fresh squeezed juices, coffee and espresso drinks, a variety of mimosas and a bloody mary garnished with chocolate covered bacon.

“Customers can expect a fun environment with friendly staff and delicious food. They can expect to leave full and wanting to come back,” said Verros. “Eggstasy is also family-friendly, offering our little ones many options.”

Soon more Valley residents will be able to experience Eggstasy as the restaurant recently announced it will open a location in Chandler. If you are looking for a fresh meal to wake up your taste buds, Eggstasy offers a wide range of traditional breakfast and lunch items, as well as some uniquely delectable offerings.
