Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Presents Hedges Family Estate Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, September 22 at 6:00 p.m., Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse proudly partners with Hedges Family Estate to present an exclusive five-course winemaker’s dinner. Representatives from the Hedges Family Estate will explain each pairing designed to complement each specialty dish prepared by Chef Anthony Apolinar. Menu and pairings include:

First Course — Grilled and Chilled Pesto Prawn with mixed greens salad paired with Hedges CMS Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley

Second Course — Lobster Ceviche and blue corn tostada served with Hedges CMS Chardonnay, Columbia Valley

Third Course — Grilled Atlantic Salmon with boursin cheese risotto, grilled asparagus and honey jus complemented by Hedges Red Blend, Red Mountain

Fourth Course — Roasted Pork Loin with mushroom puree, green beans and blood orange reduction paired with Hedges Descendants Liegeois Dupont Syrah, Red Mountain

Fifth Course — CAB Prime NY Strip Steak with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, broccolini and red wine demi-glace served with Hedges Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain
