Original Breakfast House Launches New Menu Specials

Original Breakfast House has added some new menu items to its wide array of inspired breakfast and lunch dishes. For a limited time only, the following are now available:

Portobella Eggs Benedict — Featuring oven roasted balsamic glazed portobella mushrooms, red peppers, spinach and onions topped with two poached eggs and OBH’s pesto hollandaise sauce. Served on an English muffing with choice of potatoes, $15.00

Carne Adovada Hash and Eggs — New Mexico style red pork chile over “hash” potatoes topped with two eggs and served with toast or tortillas, $15.00

Shrimp and Grits — Large shrimp sautéed with green and red peppers, onions, tomato and bacon on cheesy grits with a poached egg. Served with a house-made biscuit, $15.00

Hawaiian Pancakes — A stack of pancakes with fresh pineapple, toasted coconut, sweetened cream and slivered almonds, $12.50

Carne Asada Torta — Available at lunchtime, this special features a telera roll layered with carne asada, queso fresco, avocado, tomato, lettuce and refried bean spread. Served with French fries for $12.00
