On Tuesday, Feb. 14, lovebirds and food lovers are invited to enjoy a special Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu at Rusconi’s American Kitchen. The three-course menu includes the following selections:
First Course, choice of one:
Wild Arugula with Pomegranate and Sonoma Goat Cheese with candied pecans, zodiac pears and white balsamic vinaigrette
Kale and Baby Romaine Salad with House Smoked Scottish Salmon, fennel spiced croutons, roasted corn relish and basil pesto
Lobster Bisque with citrus crema and lobster ravioli
Boneless Short Ribs Mild Green Chili Risotto, parmesan cheese, red wine jus and Chioggia beets
Pepper Seared Ahi Tuna and Carrot Ginger Puree with mango, avocado, tomato, pickled Fresno chili, cilantro
Main Course, choice of one:
Grilled Mary’s Breast of Chicken with creamy white corn polenta, French beans and baby portobello mushrooms
Blackberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin with butternut squash spaetzle, wilted baby kale and port wine jus
Pan-Roasted Loin of Lamb with cauliflower puree, small carrots, black olives and herbs
Pan-Roasted Grouper with carrot puree, roasted brussels and smoked bacon vinaigrette
Pecan Wood-Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin with spaghetti squash, asparagus, goat cheese gnocchi and red wine gastrique
Dessert Course, choice of one:
Coconut and Wild Blueberry Panna Cotta with caramel and Meyer lemon curd
Red Velvet Swirl Cheesecake with blackberries and Madagascar vanilla bean sauce
