In celebration of Easter, Ocean Prime is offering its exclusive brunch menu on Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Ocean Prime’s specialty brunch features an expansive array of offerings such as:
Lobster Toast with avocado pea puree, pea shoots and a sunny side egg, $32
Crabcake Eggs Benedict with a toasted English Muffin, Maryland crab, poached eggs and hollandaise, $33
Brioche French Toast with cinnamon sugar whipped mascarpone, sausage and maple syrup, $24
Short Rib Surf & Turf featuring lobster, a gouda potato cake, poached egg and hollandaise, $32
Blackened Salmon Salad with basil poppyseed dressing, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, strawberries, grapes and cantaloupe, $26
Prime Steak & Egg featuring a six-ounce NY strip, poached egg, crispy potatoes and citrus truffle vinaigrette, $38
Smoked Salmon Latke with tomato, hard-boiled egg, arugula, caviar and chive sour cream, $29
Diners can begin their Easter celebration with Warm Cinnamon Bread with cream cheese icing ($12) for the table and cheers to the holiday with a specialty cocktail such as:
Citrus Rhubarb Mimosa with Giffard Rhubarbe, fresh orange juice and Dry Curaçao, $14
