Provision Hosts Amaro-Themed Cocktail Mixology Class APRIL 6

Get ready to mix, pour and toast!

On Saturday, April 6 at 4 p.m., Provision hosts its latest Cocktail Mixology Class, this time with an Amaro theme. Italian for “bitter,” Amaro encompasses a dynamic and diverse range of bitter aperitifs such as Aperol, Campari, Fernet and Montenegro, to name a few.

This fun and informal class will transport guests into the world of Amaro, courtesy of Provision Bar Manager David Royer. During the event, Royer will guide guests through some popular Amari and show guests how to turn them into some incredible cocktails.
