Broken Yolk Café Launches New Spring Specials NOW AVAILABLE

The Broken Yolk Café located at the Camelback Colonnade has just added new spring specials to its lineup of delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch and beverage items. The following features are now available through Sunday, March 31:

The new Smoked Salmon Benedict features an English muffin topped with arugula, smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise, dill and capers.

Avocado Toast is amped up with smoked salmon, house-made pickled onions, dill and capers.

Sip in the springtime with the Lavender Lemonade, a booze-free mocktail featuring fresh squeezed lemonade with a stunning hue and light flavor.
