Fire at Will Announces Neighborhood Night Menu Now Available TUESDAYS

Fire at Will is firing up a hot new special for the new year! Neighborhood Night takes place every Tuesday and features an exclusive prix fixe menu available in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.

The three-course menu features the following selections:

Course One, choice of:

Bacon Wrapped Dates with goat cheese, walnuts, muhammara and pomegranate

Iberico Ham Croquettes with harissa aioli and Manchego

Little Gem with bacon, Point Reyes blue cheese, tomato, red onion and house ranch

Course Two, choice of:

Hush Burger with caramelized onion, American cheese, pickles and fancy sauce on a Noble brioche bun

                Lobster Roll with Maine lobster, aioli, celery, charred lemon and Old Bay

                Beef Bolognese with Sonoran Pasta rigatoni, basil and parmesan Reggiano

Course Three, choice of:

                Chocolate Tiramisu — Mythic Goat Coffee, cocoa and powdered sugar

Gelato Sundae with chocolate fudge, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, peanuts and a cherry on top
